Breakfast had a great selection, and everyone I encountered was pleasant and helpful. If you're arriving late, the sister hotel about 100m down the road serves tasty pizzas until 2130. The deluxe rooms are a good size, and the location is around a 12-minute walk from the old town, or you can take a bus. Being a little farther away may actually be preferable. The check-in process was slow and could use streamlining, so expect to wait. My main complaint is the room service policy. They require you to request it by 11pm the night before, and otherwise the room isn't serviced. For the price, I expect a full service, not just the bin emptied when I ask.

The room was warm and comfortable, and it was nice to be able to open the windows for fresh air. I only had two small gripes: the breakfast coffee could be better, and the bathroom hairdryer wasn't very powerful. The hotel is well placed for walking to the Old Town, about 10 minutes to the famous viewpoints. Staff were welcoming and friendly, and the glögg on arrival was a lovely touch. Breakfast was excellent, with plenty of hot and cold food, both sweet and savoury. I had a very nice stay and would definitely recommend it.

The location is convenient, about a 15-minute walk to the old town, though there are places with a more central location. We knew the standard room would be small, but there was barely space to move. As soon as we turned on the shower, it flooded the bathroom. One night a man walked into our room because the receptionist had assigned the same room number to both of us. That was quite scary. Breakfast was average, and food wasn't replenished, so arriving later meant missing out.

We liked staying outside the old town, which is much more chaotic, and parking there would have been a nightmare. Here, parking is 15€ a day, a good deal considering it can cost 3€ per 30 minutes around Tallin. The room was small but very clean. Breakfast was good and had a decent variety, including gluten-free bread if you ask. They'll clean the room if you request service, and amenities are available on request too. We had a good experience and felt it was a good deal.

Cyclists, there's good bike parking right by the hotel entrance, and bike paths run along the road outside. The location works well for exploring the city. Our rooms were clean and quiet, with AC, breakfast offered lots of choices, and the service was friendly. Good value for money.
