The rooms are quite modest, with a tidy hospital-room feel, and getting an extra pillow or blanket costs 10€. The window stays open a little, even when it's cold, and it's locked; to close it, you have to go downstairs and ask for the key. You also need to leave a 5€ deposit to borrow a kettle. Food options are limited, and the water tastes like chloride, so buy your own drinking water. The cups and utensils in the cafe didn't seem well washed. If you only need a place to sleep and shower, this may do.

The room felt very old and was dirty in some places. Breakfast was terrible, with no warm choices beyond beans, potatoes, and vegetables. There was just one kind of cheese and meat, and no juice. Staff seemed annoyed when we asked about the city. They didn't answer our questions and refused to speak English, only Russian. They also wanted an extra 10€ per night for a pillow for a pregnant woman, a charge I couldn't find mentioned anywhere.

It's not far from the city center or the seaside, and breakfast was good for 8€. But for the high price, the room left a lot to be desired, with a shared toilet and bathroom. Be prepared to be woken around 5 am by drunk men shouting and laughing in the hall.

A friend and I both really enjoyed our stay. The rooms were good, breakfast was nice, and the employees were very kind. We'd definitely stay here again.

The receptionist at check-in was extremely rude. I spoke to him in Estonian, but he wouldn't reply in Estonian and answered only in English, dismissively and without helping. The room felt neglected and unpleasant, with outdated furniture. The bathroom was old, ugly, and badly in need of renovation. Beds had old spring mattresses that were incredibly uncomfortable and made it impossible to sleep. Anyone with back pain should absolutely avoid this place. Breakfast was awful too, with hardly any choice and everything tasting cheap and low quality. Definitely the worst hotel I've stayed in.
