Our room was spacious, spotless, and really comfortable, and the staff were welcoming and attentive throughout. We chose Hotel Telegraaf for our wedding anniversary trip through Tallinn and Helsinki, and it made the occasion feel special. It’s in a beautiful historic building right in Old Town, with cafés, sights, and cobbled streets all an easy walk away. Despite being so central, the hotel felt peaceful and refined. I’d definitely recommend it to anyone visiting Tallinn.

The service could have felt warmer. At breakfast and during check-in, the interactions seemed a bit distant, even though everything ran smoothly. That personal welcome was the main thing I missed. The hotel itself is clean, well managed, and calm, with a pleasant atmosphere and a guest mix that suits the place. I had a cozy, characterful room under the roof that was surprisingly spacious. Its location in the heart of Tallinn’s Old Town is hard to beat, with sights, restaurants, and charming streets close by. It’s a solid, comfortable choice, and a more engaging approach from staff could make it outstanding.

There was even a choice of pillows, which was a nice touch. My room was clean and well looked after, and the hotel sits on a quiet, beautiful street in the old city. A lovely place in a great location.

We came to Tallinn for the Old Town and Christmas market, and this hotel made a great base for both. The square is only a block away, and the lobby bar is handy for a nightcap. The restaurant served wonderful food and is probably among the finest in town, though it felt a bit too fancy for me. The place itself is elegant and charming, with very good service.

The cocktails were nicely made and served, and the room was roomy with a comfortable bed. The hotel was definitely worth staying at, but breakfast let it down: the coffee was awful, and the eggs Benedict came on cheap, dry, ordinary black bread instead of brioche. We didn’t eat dinner there that night.
