The apartments are clean and cozy, and there's plenty of free parking. Salme 31 is in a handy spot in Kalamaja, and the place is well kept. Right next to Tööstuse 35 is The Breakfast Club (Red Door), with delicious European food, including options suitable for vegans.

There’s free street parking nearby, and the Old Town is about a 15-minute walk away. The apartment is comfortable and has what you need for either a short visit or a longer stay. It works especially well for a couple, and makes a good base for exploring the city.

A local beach is about a 15-minute walk away, with two lovely coffee shops just around the corner. The apartment is in a beautiful old wooden house, renovated in the traditional Estonian style. It was quiet and had everything I needed, from kitchen utensils to a TV with remote and coffee. The Old Town is around a 15 to 20 minute walk. I’d book it again.

The host was nice and speaks Finnish, and the area was pleasant. The apartment was clean. It takes about half an hour to reach the city center, whether walking or taking the tram or bus.
