The sound insulation was completely lacking, but luckily our neighbours were quiet. The room itself was very nice and well equipped, with a spacious, pleasant balcony. The bed was the best I've slept in at any hotel so far.

The apartment was great, and the staff were both friendly and helpful. It was also very clean, and the location made everything easy: a couple of cafes and a good wine shop were a minute away, the old town was about five minutes on foot, and a nearby shopping centre had a large supermarket and an English-language bookstore. Noise was the downside. You could hear people walking in the room above as if they were hitting the ceiling with a sledgehammer, and there seemed to be parties in the stairwells late at night. The rooms need better soundproofing.

Irina and Natalya were always available to help and answer questions during my three-month stay. Natalya, who cleans, worked so carefully and hard, always with a smile. My room was spotless, and the bathroom was a particular plus: modern and huge for a studio apartment. I was so happy here. Sakala Kook is also worth a visit for a great home-cooked lunch.

I want to come back. The front desk and cabin women were kind and always smiling, and we were comfortable here at the end of August without air conditioning. The place looks antique from outside, but inside it's modern and very clean. It had plenty of amenities, including cookware and dishes, plus a washing machine and things for hanging laundry, which made a stay of several days convenient. This is the best apartment hotel.
