There was no luggage storage, which is awkward if you're leaving in the afternoon or evening. This is serviced apartments rather than a hotel, and with no staff on site it was hard to get questions answered. The room was a decent size and the little kitchen was nice, but the bed didn't fit the room well, making it difficult to get in and out. The water temperature kept changing too.

We stayed three nights in late April 2026 and were impressed for the price. Parking, space and convenience made it worthwhile, and the hosts responded quickly to messages. It works especially well for a short visit by car. There was plenty of parking behind the building when we arrived, although there were 14 spaces and possibly more apartments than that, so I can't say whether there would always be enough. Apartment 23 was the size shown in its listing photos, though I can't speak for the other apartments. The rooms are clean and well equipped for basic needs like a microwave, fridge and kettle, and having air conditioning was a nice bonus. It's about a 25-minute walk to the old town centre according to Google Maps; we did it in around 20 minutes each way. The tram also runs right past the door to the edge of the old town, and Tallinn's tap-on, tap-off card fares make it easy to use. There are a number of small things that kept the place from being great. The bed is very firm and made my shoulders sore after a while. The linens weren't very breathable, so we got hot even after removing the duvets and using only the covers. There is air conditioning, but it switches off automatically after a while. The lower windows had signs saying not to open them except in case of fire. Maybe that's for security, but it was annoying; I don't know if the upper windows open. There's no proper reception or on-site staff apart from cleaners sometimes. It's really more like serviced apartments, and the entry code won't work before check-in, so arriving early could leave you unable to get into your room. It may be worth arranging ahead if you need early access. We had an extra pillow but no spare case, and there was no tea towel, so perhaps they expect guests to use paper kitchen roll. The shower screen is narrow, so water gets all over the bathroom and runs under the sink because of the tile slope. They provide a good squeegee, but having to use it every time was a nuisance. A well-placed curtain or a drain under the sink would help. The Wi-Fi was fast, but a setting stopped my phone from finding the TV to cast while both were on the same network. I eventually managed by sharing the Wi-Fi with the TV through my phone's hotspot and casting from Google Home. It's still good value and I'd recommend it to people visiting Tallinn, but these easily fixable annoyances hold it back.

The rooms are on the small side, so I'd say this is best for a short visit. Ours was tidy, clean and looked recently updated, with a big comfortable bed, a clean bathroom, good Wi-Fi and a TV. Having a fridge and microwave was useful too. If you're coming by car, there's parking beside the building. The sea is a short walk away, though the immediate area isn't especially interesting. We drove to the old town. Small but comfortable, and a good option for a brief stay.

The shower design was the biggest problem: a longer shower left water across nearly the whole bathroom. We also couldn't find any toothpaste, though there was plenty of toilet paper and a shower gel that worked as shampoo. The bathroom itself looked great. The apartment was tidy and smelled nice, with a comfortable bed and good air circulation in the bedroom. The thermostat was there, but we couldn't work out how to adjust it; it may have been locked to a preset, or we may have been using it wrong. The listing photos make the rooms look bigger than they are. For our one-night visit this wasn't a big issue, but it could matter a lot for a longer stay or a work trip. The clean living room had decent space for one person or a few people for a short stay, and the sofa could extend into another bed. There was also enough furniture for working. The kitchen had the basics, including an espresso machine, microwave, induction stove, coffee, tea, sugar and other basic appliances. No milk for coffee, which was a small inconvenience. Service was almost nonexistent with automated check-in. There was a service phone in the room, but it wasn't working. That didn't affect our short stay, though your experience may vary. The area was fine, with small restaurants, cafes, a couple of bars and small supermarkets nearby. I disagree with other reviewers who found the surroundings dead and drab. It's about a 25-minute walk from the Tallinn Bus terminal and 20 minutes from the Old Town, which worked for us. I'd consider staying here again on another city trip. For a longer visit or business trip, though, I'd look elsewhere.

It's a clean aparthotel in a cute old building, in a quiet area that's easy to reach from both the airport and the city centre. It has the basics for a short stay, and check-in and check-out are simple. But I was disappointed because the room was much smaller and less charming than the listing pictures suggested. The building is around a 20-minute walk from the centre, in an area that felt rather abandoned, with many shops temporarily or permanently closed. The contact-free check-in and check-out were efficient, but made it hard to ask for extras, like somewhere to leave my luggage for a couple of hours before my flight. I've attached a few phone photos for comparison.
