Schlössle Hotel - Small Luxury Hotels of the World

The staff are what made this beautiful hotel stand out for me. Everyone was professional and, more than that, seemed genuinely keen to make guests happy. The rooms, location, and breakfasts were all lovely too. I’ve stayed at many hotels over the years, and this is one I’d be glad to return to. Thanks to the whole team.

Dinner and breakfast at the Stenhus Restaurant were both a pleasure, with consistently excellent food and service. Patrick, Eric and Remy also made the stay memorable through their hospitality and attention to detail. From the moment I arrived, I felt well cared for. The fireplace and festive decorations gave the Schlössle Hotel Tallinn a cosy, welcoming atmosphere, and my room was comfortable, spotless, and well maintained. We had a fantastic visit and would happily come back. Highly recommended.

The breakfast was wonderful, served downstairs in a basement that gave me strong medieval vibes, and the staff there were great. This stunning hotel is right in Tallinn's old town. On arrival, staff greeted me, helped with my luggage, and explained the amenities. When I left, they kept my bags while I took a morning walk around Tallinn, then called me a taxi to the airport.

The Christmas market was just a five-minute walk from the lobby, and the old town’s sights are easy to reach on foot. The area is scenic, clean, safe for evening strolls, and simple to get around. Getting here from the airport by taxi was easy, about 15 euros if I remember right. We picked the Schlossle for its service reputation and closeness to the town square during my birthday trip to see Christmas Markets in the Baltic capitols. It’s now a Hilton property and designated a Small Luxury Hotel, with a small scale, a luxury feel, and terrific staff. Our room was clean, comfortable, and surprisingly quiet. The team remembered my birthday and arranged a little surprise, which I really appreciated. Holiday decorations looked lovely, and there was always a fire going in the lobby fireplace, nice to enjoy with a warm drink. The staff were exceptional, courteous, knowledgeable, and happy to answer questions or offer suggestions. Patrick and Deniss deserve a special mention for their help and kindness. They should be recognized for their service to guests and the hotel’s reputation. We only ate at the restaurant for breakfast, but the food and drink selection and quality impressed me. It’s also a lovely place to look around and take photos. My pictures hopefully capture the beauty of the hotel and its surroundings. If you get the chance to stay in Tallinn Old Town, try the Schlossle Hotel. You’ll be impressed.
