The rooms are clean, the rõõm bar has a nice selection, and the sauna is a welcome extra. Service was great, and the hotel is well located.

My room was really quiet even though the hotel is central, which I appreciated. The place was surprisingly good, very well maintained, and the lobby is a nice place to hang out. It went beyond what I expected. I’d book again, 10/10.

Something had gone wrong, and when I arrived to check in with my group, there weren’t any rooms available. The staff gave us the best service I’ve seen in a long time while they worked out a solution and found rooms for us. The bus driver and I were given coffee, and all the guests got champagne and liqueur with their meal. You can be proud of your employees. Relica was a huge help!

8/10
The food was good, and the bar had a broad, well-chosen range of drinks. There’s also an indoor fitness track. The hotel has a welcoming feel, and its central location makes it easy to reach Viru Keskus and Solaris malls on foot for shopping and dining. Compared with other hotels I’ve stayed at, I’d rate the location 4.5. Room cleaning is only scheduled for the third night, and more frequent housekeeping would improve the stay. Even so, the experience was positive, and it’s a convenient choice if you want easy access and a lively atmosphere.

I enjoyed my stay a lot, but the room stayed a little chilly even with the thermostat set to 22C. Water pressure was also a bit low at the sink and in the shower.
