The rooftop terrace was a highlight, and the location was just right. The girls at reception were very friendly. My kids called it the best hotel of our Baltic trip, and I completely agree.

We had everything needed to make food in the small, fully equipped kitchen, and the Lavazza capsule machine with capsules was a nice touch. Each apartment has a bathroom, a small living room, and a bedroom, and the place feels fresh and new. Konrad apartments are right in Tartu old town. At reception they gave us bonbons and sweets for our baby because they were celebrating their first anniversary. Really cool place, and we'd definitely come back next time!

A lovely conversion of old housing or factory space into comfortable self-catering accommodation. The corridor has a rougher feel, while inside it's clean and minimal. There's a kitchen and coffee maker too.

Almost luxury level, this is a very good apartment with everything you need. We've stayed here twice now. The location is great, nearly in the old town center, with parking about 200m away.

The staff were really helpful, and the apartments felt comfortable and cozy. They’re good-looking too, with daily basics available and prices that seemed fair. I’d happily recommend staying here.
