Cute apartments, though the bathrooms are small. I'd bring my own shampoo and shower gel. It's farther from the centre than advertised, but still an easy enough walk.

Warm and cozy, with absolutely everything you need. Shops and restaurants are nearby, and it's well connected to the city, about a 20min walk to the centre.

The courtyard has free parking, and the balcony looks over a small lawn with no direct neighbors opposite, so it's quiet. A supermarket is five minutes away on foot, and the bus stop across the street makes the roughly 1.5 km trip to the city center easy. The apartment is practical and very well equipped, in a fairly new building that's set away from Tartu's bustle. It does feel a little sterile, though, with everything in a 'stylish' shade of gray.
