The rooms are missing basic things like tea, instant coffee, and an electric kettle. There is an empty minibar, though, and the aircon is really good. The shower area wasn't draining properly and looked a little moldy. The hotel was being renovated in August 2025, so perhaps those issues will be sorted then. Service was friendly, the location in Tartu was peaceful and decent despite being very close to bars and restaurants, and breakfast was decent too. I can still recommend it for a stay of 1-3 nights.

The rooms are clean, with good water pressure, and the breakfast is standard but okay. It's moderately quiet, though you may hear other guests, especially families, getting up and leaving their rooms. Everything is within a 20 min. walk, and you can also get a Bolt driver very cheaply.

The staff were charming and well disciplined, and the hospitality and breakfast were so good. An awesome place for all kinds of guests, especially if you're traveling with kids. No complaints.

The service was friendly and breakfast decent, but the surrounding noise was horrible. There were earplugs in the room, and I was glad to have them at night. The location is excellent. If you want a peaceful weekend night's sleep, I can't recommend it. It's an excellent choice for a party person.

Breakfast really was amazing, with lots of good quality options, and the front desk staff were helpful and polite. We had a clean, quiet, spacious, comfy room facing the street, and although earplugs were by the bed, we didn't need them. The location is excellent, in the middle of old town Tartu. Would highly recommend!
