We could easily walk into town from here, and there was a parking lot too. The room and furniture were really nicely done. We only found out from the sign that the building is a historical monument. So cute! Thanks.

That little balcony is a lovely touch. I really liked the two-level house, with the restroom downstairs and the bedroom up on the second floor. The room itself was very nice and cute.

The breakfast was really good, and the coffee too. There are free parking spaces and outdoor seating, where smoking is allowed. You can get water, beer, and other drinks from reception any time. The hotel is clean and tidy, and the service is good. It’s a beautifully renovated boutique hotel in a quiet location, about 10 minutes from the restaurant area, though there are a few restaurants about a 5-minute walk away.

The staff were friendly, and breakfast was good with a variety of drinks. You can walk to the old town in about 15 minutes, or take a bus and get there in 10. It’s a classic, charming hotel near central Tartu. The building is old, but the place felt familiar to me. Nights were quiet, though I could sometimes hear someone talking in a neighboring room.
