The owner was friendly and polite. There's a large camping area, with toilets and a shower available to all campers. You can also rent rooms, and the host offers boats and canoes too.

The river and sauna were perfect. Tõnis is sweet too, though we never found out who his best friend was, and didn't want to know either.

We rented SUP boards from the Jõesuu Homestay and had a great trip down the Purtsi River to Väikese-Emajõgi. The riverside sauna was lovely too, with a chance to cool off in the water between sauna sessions. Our group booked all four rooms, and everything was perfectly clean, including the toilet and shower room. The Jõesuu Homestay kitchen was very well equipped, with different sizes of plates, thermoses, and a dishwasher. Before we arrived, email contact was prompt, friendly, and specific. We felt welcome during our stay, while still having plenty of privacy. Thank you! We hope we'll find our way back. Maarja and the others.

The sauna was nice and hot, and the host was lovely. It's a beautiful spot, and we'll certainly return if we're in the area.
