The room had a TV and internet, and there was loads of space. But the water was so cold that the bathtub was pretty useless. I got the flu by the end of my shower 🤧 The bed was hard and squeaked whenever I moved.

The room we got was much smaller than the one we booked and paid for. They said they'd make it up with free coffee and cake the next morning, but nobody was there, and the kitchen was closed at 9am. Very disappointing, a really bad experience. The worst hotel in Tallinn!.

The beds were comfy and the place was quiet, and the price was good. But the standard was low, with warm water available only half the time and no service. It needs renovation and cleaning.

Just horrible. The standard feels like it hasn't changed since before World War II. Anyone who can find something positive to say about this hotel deserves comparison with Shakespeare.

The room was nice and the place quiet, with a great location. The room was too warm, though. Staff were helpful, but there was no sauna access despite it being advertised.
