We were both really happy staying here. The hotel is comfortable, everything was very nice, and it's close to a convenience store. Ahmet was especially friendly, kind and gentle. The traffic is good when coming back from work travel, too. If you're looking for a good hotel with good staff, this is the first place to think of. :)

The price felt very reasonable for what you get, and I enjoyed my stay. The calm setting and useful things in the room helped a lot, including a kitchenette, fridge, freezer, iron and washing machine. Staff were friendly, respectful and helpful. When I asked, they cleaned the room nicely and decorated it with flowers. The Wi-Fi was a bit unstable, though I understand that's common across the city. I'm a light sleeper, so I sometimes heard reception talking in the morning while I was still asleep.

It felt like home, and the place was clean. The staff were very cooperative, and Ahmad in House keeping was especially kind.

The receptionist Ahmed was polite, decent and helpful, and I felt safe with him around even though the area is very quiet. The room felt like a small studio, with a bathroom and kitchenette, and was extremely clean and tidy. It had all the accessories I needed. The cleanliness really impressed someone as fussy as me. I'd highly recommend it to Egyptians and foreigners alike.
