I was there when the hotel had just opened. The rooms were clean and well equipped, and the service was very good. It’s also in a very good spot, right in the city center.

We stayed just one night, and the Palace was within walking distance. I’m very happy here. The host was really nice and friendly.

The staff were especially kind. There were only two hangers in the room, but when I asked for more, they fetched some from different rooms. We seemed to be the only guests that day, and they still welcomed us warmly. Water and fruit were complimentary, and I slept well in the immaculately cleaned room. Breakfast was good, especially the omelet. The location is great for the Abu Simbel Temples, so I’d highly recommend it. The only small issue was that the shower water pressure was a bit low, though it was enough to wash off the sweat.

We had a comfortable night here. The reception and service were good, the rooms were clean and nicely arranged, and the hospitality was good.
