The beach is clean and the staff are friendly. Day use costs less than 200 LE, including lunch. You can hire a jet ski, banana boat, or pedal boat. I didn't use the hotel facilities, so I can't comment on those.
The beach is good, but avoid weekends because it gets very crowded. The furniture is old, though the rooms are not bad for a day. It's nice, but wouldn't be my first choice or somewhere I'd stay for long.
The staff were extremely unprofessional, rude to customers, and had an unpleasant attitude. The beach workers especially kept asking us to leave our spots so other visitors could sit, even though there were plenty of places available. At the end of our day use, they insisted we move to the Cafeteria while we were waiting for our colleagues to collect their things. The service was literally trash.
Nice place, though there was hardly any service around.
