The whole property was so spotless and carefully looked after. I even saw the gardener cleaning individual leaves. The restaurant team were polite, quick, and clearly knew how to look after people, and you could taste the care in the food. It’s hard to think of a weak spot from my stay. The first three letters of the resort’s name, STE, could stand for Standard, Top, Exceptional. I enjoyed it enough to fill a whole chapter, and I’m grateful for how much pride the team put into their work. It really touched us.

The restaurants and food were really good, and the heated pools were lovely in February and March. We stayed for two weeks with our one-year-old, and didn’t need any of the food I’d brought along. The water in the pool was local fresh water, not salty, so swimming was fine too. The hotel didn’t seem especially kid-friendly at first, but the kids’ club was great, especially Valeria, who looked after the children. We had a wonderful time. I left my AirPods in the room and only realized eight hours after checking out. They found them and had them ready to mail to my hometown 👍👍

Joseph at reception made a real difference. He was professional, friendly, and ready to help with a smile, and his attention to detail made everything feel smooth from check-in through checkout. The room was comfortable and very clean, the facilities were well maintained, and the atmosphere was relaxing. Food was very good with a nice range, and the service overall was better than we expected. We had a wonderful stay and would definitely like to return. Highly recommended.

We had a lovely stay, with a nice view and friendly staff. The beach was great, and when we needed something it came quite quickly. They also let us check in early, which was a great surprise. Water was the main issue. For an overnight stay in the heat, my friend and I were given only four small bottles, and that wasn’t nearly enough. There was no water at lunch either. When we asked for some, we were told it cost extra, and it was very expensive. Some staff also seemed overwhelmed or annoyed at times. The food had a good range, but the quality was just okay, not great.

We were so well looked after that we decided to extend our stay. The team created a comfortable, enjoyable atmosphere, and the hotel was run smoothly. Thanks to the management and all the staff for making it a memorable visit. Joseph ayman, Reem Shataand, and Mohamed Abdullah were especially professional, kind, and supportive throughout. Their positive attitude and care for guests reflect well on the hotel. We highly recommend staying here and look forward to visiting again.
