The bathroom got pretty wet after a shower, with water spreading around, though it was manageable. My stay improved a lot after I asked to move from the noisy ground floor to an upper floor. That room was cozy, peaceful, nice, and good value for money. I enjoyed my time there and would consider returning.

The Wi-Fi was unstable, and customer service was effectively nonexistent. If you contacted them for help, replies to their numbers came extremely late, and they never fixed the issue. The neighborhood was very noisy, with people nearby behaving vulgarly, and management did nothing about it. Construction workers were out in the street 24/7, talking loudly and making extreme noise. If you want a quiet place to rest, don't book here. It was the worst stay.

I stayed for a month, felt at home, and extended for another month. The staff are professional, kind, and caring, with special thanks to Qamar. The location is quiet and safe, and near central Cairo. I recommend staying here if you're visiting Cairo ♥️♥️♥️♥️♥️♥️

I had a nice stay and would come back if I visit Egypt again. Amar was a lovely, kind hostess, and all the staff were welcoming. The room felt cozy and comfortable, and the hotel was clean and well organized. Check-in and checkout went smoothly and professionally.
