Swiss Inn Teda Hotel & Aquapark

The only thing I’d change is the closing time. The fun valley, dinosaurs’ park, and animation all end at 10:00, so there’s nothing to do after that. I wish the fun valley and dinosaurs’ park stayed open longer. Otherwise, I really enjoyed the stay and would gladly come again in sha2 allah. The food’s taste and variety were perfect, and both the dinosaurs’ park and fun valley were exceptional. Miss Rasha, the guest relation officer, was friendly, presentable, and decent. She organized a party for my niece and regularly asked for our feedback on the rooms and food. The receptionists were helpful, hospitable, and patient. Mr Mohamed, the main restaurant director, was friendly and decent, often checking that everything was alright and playing with the children. Miss Malak from the animation team was sweet too.

We couldn’t try the beach or swimming pools because the weather and water were cold, but we’re planning to return in summer for the aqua park and beach. Even with low occupancy in winter, the food stayed fresh, tasty, and varied, and the quality was very high. I also loved the fresh, clean scent throughout the hotel and rooms, which gave a real sense of care and hygiene. At Teda Swiss Inn Ain Sokhna, the staff were friendly, cooperative, and professional from arrival through checkout. The main road entrance can be a little tricky, but with Google Maps while driving it’s easy enough and not really a problem. It was a wonderful stay with a great team, and definitely won’t be our last visit.

It was a good experience, and our first time there. My son was very happy with the aqua and the area, and we enjoyed ourselves too. The food and service were fine. Thanks to Mostafa from housekeeping, who kept our room very clean every day and took care to do his job nicely. Thanks to all the staff and the Swiss inn team.

I’d happily come back to Teda Swiss Inn Ain Sokhna. I had a lovely stay, and everyone on the staff was so friendly. Special thanks to Ms. Rasha from guest relations.
