We liked the spacious, nice chalet buildings, and the reception team gave us a warm welcome. We first booked a two-bedroom chalet for two nights, then added another night. Housekeeping was below expectations at first, but it turned out to be a misunderstanding and hotel management sorted it out promptly and professionally. The experience was extraordinary and family friendly, with a luxurious feel, so we extended our stay for two more nights.

We had a relaxing stay, with friendly, professional staff who were always ready to help. The location was perfect, the rooms clean and comfortable, and the pools, beach, and other facilities were enjoyable and well maintained. Breakfast offered a good variety, and the service was excellent. I’d definitely visit again.

The water heater didn’t work, so we had no hot water during our stay. That was a real inconvenience, since it’s a basic service a hotel should provide. Breakfast was average and didn’t have the variety or quality I expected. I was disappointed overall. The price didn’t match the service quality, and I don’t think this is a five-star hotel. The stay didn’t justify the cost, and I wouldn’t consider coming back unless these problems are addressed.

A small refresh of the bathrooms would improve an already lovely stay, and a breakwater could make swimming more accessible for everyone. The beach was beautiful, with stunning water and a great atmosphere for enjoying the view. We had a wonderful family stay with our four-year-old son and would highly recommend it to other families. The food quality delighted us, and we felt very safe and secure throughout the trip. The trustworthy environment gave us real peace of mind. We had a fantastic time and would choose to stay here again.
