The Royal Savoy Sharm El Sheikh

After three previous stays at the sister hotel The Savoy, we decided to treat ourselves to ten nights at the adults-only Royal Savoy from 12th April. We were not disappointed, the hotel was absolutely fantastic, and all the staff were attentive and took care of our needs. The breakfast room and poolside bar had excellent-quality food and snacks. They also left fresh fruit and cakes in our room daily, and having our own cool box filled with ice by the beach loungers was a nice touch. We were so impressed that we booked to return in July, and can't wait.

We enjoyed walking around nearby, where shopkeepers didn't hassle us. Soho square is a short stroll from the hotel and a lovely place to wander. We also had a lovely meal at the Anerican diner. For £30 for two, including a taxi from the hotel and a drink each, it was a bargain. A visit is highly recommended. This was our first stay here as disabled travellers. The hotel wasn't bad, though it was in the process of renovation, and we enjoyed our stay. The food was good but repetitive, like a standard all-inclusive package, and the pools were very cold. Getting to the beach was difficult with mobility issues because it's on a steep rock face with lots of steps. There's only a very small patch of sand, which I wouldn't call a beach. We wouldn't visit again.

My wife and I will certainly come back soon. Mr Emad Beshay and his team gave us hospitality and attention to detail that we won't forget. The resort was outstanding, and the service from Mr Emad Beshay was exceptional. Thank you for a world-class experience.

I liked the staff here, and breakfast was nice and healthy. Since it's adults only, the stay felt quieter and more peaceful. The coral reef is right by the beach, and it's admirable how well they preserve and care for the corals and sea life. The water was too cold for me to snorkel in winter, but I enjoyed sitting on the dock and watching the fish. 🐠😌
