Royal Paradise Beach Resort

We spent an hour and a half waiting in the hot lobby for our room to be ready, and there seemed to be no regard for timing. The beach was a long walk, about 10 minutes from the room, and we couldn't swim or take pictures there. The rooms had insects, there was no Wi-Fi in them, and the lobby had no air conditioning. Service was poor throughout. The worst resort experience I've had, and I wouldn't recommend it.

I'm at the hotel right now, and it's hard to call it a hotel at all. The rooms are extremely dirty and things are broken everywhere, as the photos show. Even getting the internet password means going from one person to another. I'm waiting for them either to move me to another room or cancel the booking and refund me. Otherwise, I'll go to the tourist police. Booking this place was my biggest mistake.

The pool and the sea were the best parts. The rooms were decent, though not very organized. The bathroom was poor, with weak water flow, and the food had no variety. It was the same every day.

The receptionist was awful. He was shouting and told me, “I will not give you your money back and get out of the hotel.” The room was so dirty that nobody could live in it. This is the worst hotel I've ever seen.
