Our leadership team came away feeling calm, focused, and inspired. It was a memorable, productive retreat, and the place felt distinctive enough that I’d recommend it for executive getaways. The team took warm, personal care of us and were attentive and professional. The architecture, design, and peaceful setting all felt carefully thought through, with a natural connection to the surroundings. Nothing seemed generic or standard.

The location was great, but we arrived during a travel agent convention and felt unwelcome. Service was poor, which was unusual for Egypt, where tourists are generally made to feel welcome. The restaurant was full, so we had to eat outside in the cold, and we were asked to leave our room early for a new group of agents. Our room was beside the restaurant, with only net curtains, so the noise was loud and privacy was a problem. The shower smelled awful too. I wouldn’t repeat or recommend this experience.

The room and the surrounding landscape were amazing, and the staff were lovely and helpful. We had a great stay. The hotel’s atmosphere was wonderful, and everything felt just right.

We’ve enjoyed this place before, and it was amazing again. It’s one of the best places to visit in Egypt, with friendly staff and well-maintained standards. Thanks to Mohamed and Bakar for the hospitality, and to Mr. Ahmed Salama for being flexible and helping meet our needs. Hoping to visit again in a year 🙂

The welcoming smiles from the local staff made a difference, and the service, design, location, and cleanliness were all impeccable. Even without much of a beach, this is one of the best resorts I’ve stayed at. Worth every bit.
