The balcony and views were wonderful, but other hotels offer the same view and balcony for much less, with more comfort. This was honestly one of the worst hotels I’ve stayed in. It felt very expensive compared with others in the same price range. Breakfast was very bad, with very limited food, and the service was awful. The room wasn’t clean at all, the bathroom was disgusting, and many pipes were exposed outside the wall. There was no Wi-Fi even for an extra charge, and no signal in the rooms.

The room was decent, with a comfortable, clean bed, a clean bathroom, a closet, and a nice sea view. The TV was poor: it had only 12 channels, and half didn’t work. The AC was alright, but the room felt cold and damp in the high humidity, perhaps because of the summer heat. Breakfast came as a set menu with tiny portions: either the Western option, puff pastry, a small cheese tray, and a croissant, or the Eastern one, an omelet, beans, and the same small cheese tray. Both came with bread. Checking in was easy, and room availability wasn’t an issue. The service was amazing, and the butlers were friendly and helpful with questions. Decent overall.

The rooms were clean, and the staff were really friendly and helpful. The view is amazing, especially from a higher floor. Great place for the price 👌.

The reception staff got the reservation wrong, and both the receptionist and hotel manager had a very bad attitude. They made assumptions about the booking without getting our approval, then simply said they were sorry they couldn’t help. A terrible experience.
