Royal Jewel Al Raml

Everything was organized and clean, and all the services were available, including an open cafeteria. The treatment was very good at every level.

The rooms are spacious and clean, and the location is excellent. Service was very good, while breakfast was moderate.

We'd had to cancel a booking at a terrible, dirty local hotel, and were lucky to find Royal Jewel Al-Rami Hotel. From check-in to check-out, the staff were kind, courteous, and professional. The building itself impressed me too, as it used to be King Farouk's palace. I admired how attentive everyone was to cleaning and maintenance. I never saw staff standing around on their phones. They were always busy cleaning or helping guests, and I respect that care for the little details. Reem in Guest Services was outstanding, though every staff member was exemplary. There’s a lot here: a wedding hall, restaurant, rooftop garden, gym, billiards, bakery and coffee bar, rooftop terrace and restaurant, a street-side terrace with umbrella tables, a library, and a room of King Farouk's collectibles. The value for the money was excellent. If I’m in Alexandria again, this is where I’ll stay. I don’t need to look elsewhere.

Everything was amazing, I don't even have the words. Thanks for the whole experience, guys!
