Luxor Bella Vista Apartments

It’s a case of getting what you pay for, but the stay was pretty frustrating. I arrived late after telling them my arrival time, yet nobody was there to check me in. The building and desk were empty. I called and messaged the numbers the property provided and got no reply; only after calling through the booking app did they answer and come from somewhere. They immediately tried to charge extra for water. There was no Wi-Fi, and the phone signal was so poor I sometimes couldn’t even receive messages. They said they’d get a router and Wi-Fi for my room the night I arrived, but despite my daily messages, they never did. Only one electrical socket worked. The room was large and cheaper, but many things were poor quality. All the glassware was too filthy to use, with no sponge or soap available. The floor turned my feet black, and it was hard to ever reach staff. I never knew where they were, so I’d have felt out of luck in an emergency. I had to leave my payment in a drawer when I left. The road next to the window was very loud.

Mr.Mustafa was great. We booked this spacious apartment for three nights, and it was well stocked, very clean, and had great air conditioning.

Our family of seven enjoyed our stay at Bella vista Luxor. The place was clean and spacious, and everyone loved Mr Mustafa’s freshly prepared vegetarian food. He also arranged a guide and transportation to all the attractions in Luxor. Highly recommend staying there!

Mustafa went out of his way to help us plan how to get around Luxor and made us feel at home. The service was good, and breakfast was good too. Our rooms were spacious and clean, and the roof terrace had an amazing view. The hotel is on the west bank, a ten-minute walk from the ferry, in a cozy local neighborhood with lots of nice little shops and a friendly feel. Staying here added a lot to our Luxor experience. Can’t recommend it enough!
