The pool was the one good part. The rugs were dirty, and staff said they only wash them once a year. In the first room my family was given, the toilets didn’t work. The AC wasn’t working properly either, and we had to argue a lot before they changed our room. Most gym equipment was out of order, the WiFi was terrible, and the TVs didn’t work properly. They didn’t replace the sheets, pillows, or blankets, only the covers, and sometimes they didn’t even change those. The receptionist’s transparent white top under her blazer also didn’t seem appropriate for welcoming guests at a facility.

There was a bad smell everywhere, the furniture was old, and the air conditioning in the rooms was really bad. Communication from the staff was poor, and the service was the worst I’ve experienced. This was the worst hotel stay I’ve ever had.

The reception area was tiny and couldn’t handle several guests at once. They had quad rooms set up where triple rooms should be, which made the space uncomfortable. Even getting inside was a problem: the ramp was too steep and slippery to use safely, so we had to carry our luggage up the stairs. The reception handled group check-in very badly. The location was the only good thing, and even as a three-star place I don’t think it was worth staying there. We left and had to find somewhere else because the experience was that bad.
