Be careful about booking here. What you get is a bare apartment. There were no towels, toilet soap or paper, trash bags, drinking water, tissues, or coffee and tea bags. The furniture and rugs were dusty. Some remotes had no batteries, and one room had no air conditioning remote. We also had to pay extra for weak Wi-Fi. The owner didn't respond to our questions. The remote and batteries weren't supplied until the end of our stay. The password for the paid Wi-Fi, given on the third day, didn't work, and the second network was so weak it barely reached 100 kb/s. The staff seemed poorly trained, lacked knowledge, and communicated badly, even with our Egyptian guide.

What a view from this apartment, and the hospitality was beyond what I expected. Many thanks to Dr. Marina. The location is magical, check-in was easy and right on time at 2PM, and there wasn't much paperwork. Two kind ladies who worked as Janitors met us with the keys, took our IDs, and returned them five minutes later. The apartment was spotless, with new sheets, and towels available for 25 EGP each during your stay. The TV worked, as did all the air conditioners. Wi-Fi cost an extra 50 EGP per day. The kitchen had a gas stove, fridge, kettle, and microwave. It's very spacious and could easily fit seven people, which is handy for a family trip. The price for one night was so good I still can hardly believe it. Absolutely worth the money. A couple of things could be improved: the kitchen needs more basics like dishes, cups, and soap, and the microwave runs but doesn't heat food. The furniture needs repair too. The living room sofa and master bedroom bed both felt like they might break. Those were my only issues, and they didn't really bother me.

We got a big, comfortable house for an affordable price, with three rooms and two toilets. The location is strategic, and I was very satisfied, even though the sea view was only off to the side and not a full view. I was on level 5 and couldn't see much, so ask for a higher floor if you want a sea view. I would have given five stars, but the Wi-Fi wasn't working because they said there were issues. If it's working next time, I'll come back and give five stars.

The balcony view was great, and the people were kind and responsive to my requests. It's a spacious apartment for a large family, with three rooms, two bathrooms, a large living room, a kitchen, and two balconies, one big and one small. It can fit up to six adults and four children. Every room has air conditioning. The kitchen has a stove, oven, washing machine, kettle, mugs, plates, and more. The photos show the view better than I can describe it. A few things could use replacing, but you'll enjoy staying here and want to return.
