The host was kind and helpful throughout, and even pitched in with our luggage. It’s a very basic home, but we had a good stay. Just be aware that many listed facilities weren’t there, including the TV, washing machine, WiFi, and oven.

Right in the middle of Elephantine Island, so you’re surrounded by Nubian life. The owner was friendly, and the apartment had everything we needed. A fantastic place to stay.
