The owner and staff made the stay feel peaceful. They were lovely, polite, and helpful, and the internet worked perfectly, the only place in Egypt where we had that experience. It’s a bit away from the main avenues, outside the touristy area. I had a really nice time and would recommend staying here without hesitation.

Our group was happy overall. The room was large, the place was clean, and they looked after us well, even arranging breakfast early in the morning. Communication in English was good, and the rooftop view was great. The one problem we ran into was that hot water wasn’t working in one room; I’m not sure why.

A good place with a large room and a small rooftop spot for watching the sunset. You can also ask the host to pick up food for you from the city centre.

The host was very welcoming, kind, and helpful. They arranged a smooth late-night airport pickup, helped organize transport to places, and packed breakfast for our early tour to Abu simbel. The guesthouse is near the city centre and on the main route south for tours. I’d come back.

We loved the peaceful setting at king kassem guest house, and the Nile view from the pleasant shared spaces was beautiful. Our room was very well kept, and abdelrahman was such a kind, attentive host, always available and making breakfast each morning. He also took us around Aswan, sharing its history and Nubian culture as we crossed the city together. We won’t forget meeting him. It’s a brand new house, and we had a great stay. Don’t hesitate.
