GPS couldn't locate this place. We were disappointed with our stay at the guesthouse. The price felt high, and it was only by chance the next morning that we realized breakfast wasn't included. That hadn't been made clear in the reservation details, and since breakfast is commonly included at hotels and guesthouses in Egypt, it was an unpleasant surprise. There was only one towel in a room meant for two, so we had to ask for another on our first night. Hot water was also a problem throughout the stay. There wasn't any on the first night, though we were too tired to report it. It worked briefly the next morning, then was gone again for the rest of our visit, which was very uncomfortable. Mosquitoes kept getting into the room because of the location and the open ground-floor balcony. I was bitten several times, and the bites stayed red and itchy for nearly a week. The balcony also opens straight onto the street, which made the lack of security concerning since anyone could walk in. There wasn't someone reliably at reception to deal with requests or keep an eye on the property. We also found out Wi-Fi cost extra, something that wasn't clearly stated in the reservation information. It was the first time I'd encountered that. The owner seemed friendly, but it didn't feel sincere. After he learned we were unhappy about the hot water and breakfast, he avoided us when we left instead of discussing the problems. I wouldn't recommend staying here, especially with much better options in Aswan at more reasonable prices. Our group agrees that this account reflects what happened, including the lack of hot water, mosquitoes, security concerns, breakfast issue, and the room not being properly prepared. The owner's response included personal attacks and dismissive remarks, but that doesn't change our experience. I shared this so future travelers can make an informed choice, and I hope guest concerns are handled more professionally and constructively in future.
