We came to slow down and enjoy the Nile, and Aro Kato Hotel made that easy. The food was fresh, delicious, and had a homemade feel. The staff were warm, professional, and always ready to help. The rooms were spotless and comfortable, with lovely design details. Waking up to the river view felt magical. Aro Kato is a peaceful hidden gem that reflects Aswan’s spirit. I’d recommend it for a relaxing, comfortable stay, and this definitely won’t be my last visit.

Really lovely place, with lovely people and great food. We had the fish tagine twice 😋 The two rides felt a little pricey: $25 to Philae temple island, only 10 minutes away, and another $25 for a 20-minute taxi ride to the airport.

The room was comfortable and had a great view, and lunch at the hotel restaurant was delicious, especially the grilled fish with rice. Joseph and the restaurant worker whose name I don’t know were both so nice and helpful. The rest of the hotel staff were great too. Nice hotel, nice people. I was really impressed and would recommend it.

The Nile and Philae temple views are stunning, and the staff are some of the kindest people you’ll meet. I kept ordering their fresh juices, and the breakfast was generous. One of the best places I’ve stayed. I’d absolutely come back!

The setting is so peaceful, with a view of Philae temple, and you can even swim in the Nile. The place looks just like the pictures, and the staff were even kinder than I expected. I’d stay here every time I visit in the future ♥️
