A couple of years ago, I booked a sea-view room but was given one a long way from the water. The receptionist was rude and insisted on keeping my Egyptian ID for all three days, saying I could only get it back when I checked out. I ended up leaving a day early because I couldn't stand staying there. I don't know what the hotel is like now.

The place smelled bad, and the staff seemed untrained. I also got incorrect information from the receptionist, who was completely unprofessional. A really bad experience.

We'd happily return again and again, Inshaa ALLAH. It's a very good choice for families, with spacious, clean rooms, a private beach, pools, and an aqua park. The staff are friendly, and the food is very good too.

I had a really good stay and would recommend the place. It's cozy, quiet, and convenient, with lots of facilities nearby. The staff were friendly and helpful, and my room was clean and comfortable. I'd come back. The food does need some work, though. ❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️

It's a decent spot for swimming and having fun, with a nice beach and good facilities. The food is average or a little better. The aqua park has opened recently, but it's not part of the room package, and the separate fee is relatively high, around 20% of the room rate.
