Tolip Inn Beni Suef

The massage was even better than I expected, and the whole visit felt fantastic. I felt calm from the moment I walked in.

The rooms are very old, with damaged, worn furniture, and there was no service. My room was extremely dirty, especially the room they call the wedding room. The bathroom had a lot of mold, and even the mirror was dirty. I asked for the manager, but nobody came. One star is already too generous. If you want to avoid stress on your special day, look for another place.

The Nile view from the room was breathtaking, and the room was excellent for the price. Both the room and bathroom were very clean, with a TV, fridge, AC, kettle, and small safe in the closet. Staff were welcoming, although service could be slow. They forgot the bottle of water I asked for, so I bought one myself. The hotel is on the second floor of a mall, with two restaurants on the third floor if you're hungry, both offering a lovely panoramic Nile view.

Breakfast needs work. We stayed for two weeks and got the exact same dish every day, with no buffet. The rooms are huge, staff service is excellent, and housekeeping do a great job. They're creative and honest, too. The pool is heated in winter, so you can enjoy swimming.
