Hotel Beirut Cairo

I spent 25 days here, and the staff’s warmth made the stay enjoyable. I’m originally from Heliopolis, so I chose Beirut Hotel in Cairo for its location. It was a great base in the heart of Heliopolis, within walking distance of everything I needed and close to public transport. I met the owner, Nadya, who was kind, sweet, and compassionate, and made me feel at home, almost like family. Aya kept the room clean and tidy, while the front desk team were always polite and helpful. Rames and Laura even arranged Uber rides for me. Breakfast was a joy each morning thanks to Hebba, Michael, and Marwen, who made it feel like dining at home. They surprised me with a special cake as a birthday gift on my last day. Special thanks to manager Naveen, who did an excellent job running things and keeping them on track. The room was spacious and had a pleasant outdoor patio, but the bathroom was a bit outdated and could use newer towels. For the location, service, and room, I’d give the hotel 4 out of 5 stars.

For 2025, they advertise the best hotel deals, with online reservations, low rates guaranteed, rooms, rates and deals, 24/7 support, and no booking fees.

They told me the hotel was completely booked. First they showed me an ugly, dirty, uncomfortable room for the quoted price, which I refused. Then they offered a so-called renovated room. I was exhausted, so I accepted, but they raised the price by 250 pounds. I had to agree just to get some sleep. Twenty minutes later, they called again asking for another 50 pounds, which I paid. The supposedly renovated bathroom had mold all over the shower door, and poor workmanship was visible throughout. I hope management responds appropriately to my complaints.
