We spent four nights in apartment 203 on the 8th floor. It was a furnished two-bedroom place with one bathroom, and it was clean, well equipped, and had most of what we needed. The trouble was the water heater, which never got sorted out, and the bathroom drain was so slow that the whole room flooded. Heating was just okay, with only one bedroom warming properly. I’d book again outside winter, but not in the cold season. My friends in other apartments had none of these problems and had a comfortable stay.

The building is quiet, the owner is respectful, and the apartment was tidy, clean, and fully equipped. Its location worked really well for us, close to malls and different Cairo attractions. A solid option for either a short visit or a longer stay.

I tried both the studio and the two-bedroom apartment. The studio is in better condition since it seems less used, and it works well for one or two people, though it doesn't have a washing machine. The larger apartment does have one, but costs more. Both have a cozy modern look, stylish furniture, a good smart TV, and very good WiFi. The location is very accessible, just 200m from the ring road, with a supermarket and bank only 20m away. I'd definitely come back.

The bathroom could use more attention, and the area is a little secluded, with just one cafe and one restaurant within walking distance. Still, it's very clean and well maintained, and the agents were great with check-in, check-out, and hospitality. I'd recommend it for stays over a week if you want a quiet part of Maadi district.
