Lemon Tree & Home

Customer care seemed to be a low priority at Rituals of Zoya. The valet staff were rude and dismissive, and inside, the staff stared at us and made us uncomfortable. Service was painfully slow and inattentive, while management was unfriendly and no help at all. The whole visit was dreadful from beginning to end. I wouldn’t recommend it to anyone hoping for a pleasant, welcoming experience.

After driving a long way from Sainai, I decided to spend the night in Cairo. I checked Google, saw the positive reviews, called ahead, and said I was coming. When I arrived, nobody was there to meet me or show me my room. Someone on the phone told me to look for hidden keys, let myself in, and find a room. The room looked good and was clean, but there were no towels, and strange flying insects filled it. The AC was set to 28 degrees, the remote didn’t work, and it was 35 degrees outside. There was nobody to bring a towel or fix the AC, so I couldn’t stay in that heat and left. In the morning, Abdulwahab called yelling that I’d left without his permission. He knows nothing about hospitality or dealing with people and was very rude. This was a disaster, and I’d never recommend the place.

The location is excellent, and the rooms and bathrooms are clean and smell nice. When I made requests, the response was quick and helpful.

Good vibes and good food 😍 Thanks for the service, mostafa.
