The hospitality really stood out, especially from Saif, Abdo, Zyad, and the rest of the staff, who were kind and supportive. The room was comfortable, clean, and just as described. Check-in and check-out were easy, and I’d stay here again and recommend it.

The apartments are nicely designed and the price felt fair for what we got. We also had good communication with the host, flexible arrangements, and security around the clock. Cafes and restaurants are close by, and the location is central. Cairo stays noisy, so sound-sensitive guests may notice it, but we slept without interruptions and it didn’t bother us.

We had a bright, clean apartment on the fifth floor and enjoyed the stay a lot. It matched the website photos and was laid out thoughtfully. The location is right in central Cairo, easy to find, and near plenty of shops. There’s street noise, but that’s downtown Cairo. The service was helpful around the clock, and we’d stay again.

I had booked through the official website and arrived on my reservation date with the confirmation details and photos. Still, they spent nearly two hours asking me for a reservation number and saying there was no booking. Their system had recorded it for the day before, marking me as a no-show, even though my screenshot showed otherwise. The room I’d booked was already occupied, so I had to move. The most frustrating part was that even after I gave my name and information, they assumed I wasn’t on the reservation and took a long time to find the system error. This disrupted my tour and travel plans. The room they gave me was a downgrade worth about half the price of my original booking, not an upgrade. Details about the replacement were unclear, and they kept asking for the number and making me explain the situation again, which caused more delays. They offered a half-price refund, but I’m not sure that was a fair response. I don’t know what caused the error, but the serious booking problem and their lack of initiative in resolving it have badly damaged my trust in the Brasbel brand. Guests should take their handling of reservation problems into account.
