The landscaping is well done, but the building quality is poor. There are leaks between floors, the plumbing network is bad, and window frames are falling apart. There are far fewer parking spaces than units, which leads to a lot of fights between residents. There are also ongoing disputes between owners and investors over people not following, and manipulating, the contract terms and conditions. The project’s attractive colors fade quickly, so things need fixing at short intervals. Imagine the hassle and disruption that causes.

I live here now and it’s an awesome place. There are just a few more cars than parking spaces.

It’s a pleasant, very safe place to live. Like any new community, it had some common problems at first, but they’re being dealt with successfully. Things are clearly going in the right direction now.

A wonderful place, with lots of privacy, fantastic views, and brilliant designs.

I’d rather keep my own opinion to myself. If you’re thinking of buying a unit, though, ask the people who live there first.
