We were given a generous upgrade to a wonderful suite. It was spacious, beautifully designed, and very comfortable, and made our trip even more memorable. The property felt modern, spotless, and well maintained, with a calm, luxurious atmosphere. From the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel welcome and cared for. Everyone was kind, attentive, professional, and went out of their way to make the stay special. The hospitality was outstanding, and guest comfort clearly matters here. We’re grateful for the service, would absolutely stay again, and highly recommend Radisson Residences Cairo Heliopolis to anyone visiting Cairo.

A beautiful residence, very neat, with fantastic food and excellent service. The staff were polite and respectful, and ready to help at any time. It felt like a home away from home, and I highly recommend staying here. Special thanks to Mohammed Abdel Haq, Amal Mohammed Mohammed, Naren’s Sayed, and the third floor supervisor, Miss Sherihan. They made my stay truly wonderful and enjoyable.

The rooms were nice, and the staff were friendly and polite, though they seemed inexperienced because the place is new. But there were a lot of problems. The beds had tiny hairs on them, so cleanliness was questionable. We were a couple and got only one toothbrush, which was strange. Breakfast was full of stale food. Parking was charged by the hour, which is absurd for a hotel lot. Security wouldn’t arrange for anyone to carry my bags, so I had to take them myself. They also refused to let the car in for the bride, who had to get into it in the middle of the street. Security was an absolute nightmare. Whenever I complained, the answer was that “Cairo complex has a different administration than Radisson,” which sounded weird and unprofessional. I could easily have given this place one star, which would still be more than it deserved, but I gave it two because the new staff were trying despite their inexperience. I don’t recommend it. Go anywhere else and you’ll get what you pay for. Radisson blu is five minutes away.

The buffet breakfast was fresh, varied, and delicious. I’d prepaid for it, and the female manager kindly let me bring two full plates, cappuccinos, and fresh fruit back to our room, even though it was technically against the rules. That hospitality stays with you. After a long, delayed trip back from Luxor, we arrived to find the room thoughtfully decorated for the special occasion I’d mentioned. It was warm and memorable. The staff went above and beyond, even though communicating in English was occasionally a bit challenging. Our suite was massive, with a full-size kitchen, which was an unexpected convenience. There’s a grocery store just steps away, so it felt like home-style comfort alongside upscale hotel living. The room service and bar food were both hot, flavorful, and delicious. Radisson Residence Cairo Heliopolis felt luxurious, fresh, and modern, with some of the best amenities we enjoyed in Egypt. It doesn’t have an on-site spa, that’s at the nearby Radisson Blu, but the comfort and quality more than made up for it. A restful, beautiful stay close to the airport. Five stars, highly recommended!

The fire alarm went off at 6 am, and the beer was served warm. Dinner was terrible too. My burger was overcooked, the cheese wasn’t melted, and when I complained I was told it shouldn’t be melted because it was cheese. 😂 A manager eventually agreed it was terrible, then charged me anyway. I’d booked to pay at the property, but they charged my card and told me at check-in it was only a hold. That turned out to be wrong. I’ve checked out and am still waiting for the money to come back. I believe it will eventually, but it’s very annoying since I paid extra for the pay-on-arrival option. At checkout they apologized for the card charge. When I asked what they’d do about all these terrible issues, they offered one complimentary non-alcoholic drink. I said that was offensive and left.
