Royal Regency Hotel EG

The property is new, the room is nicely equipped, and the location is excellent. The front desk team were especially polite and helpful. The cleaning, though, made the stay really stressful. For all seven days, I asked for the room to be cleaned, but it still hadn’t been done when I returned. After I complained, they cleaned it the following day, but poorly. The sheets weren’t changed and the floor wasn’t properly cleaned. Then, as I was checking out, the cleaning lady rudely told me I couldn’t leave until she’d checked whether anything was missing. The cleaning staff were very rude and weren’t doing their job.

The rooms at Royal Regency are spacious, and the property is very new. The staff were polite and did a great job helping my family communicate with taxi drivers. Their service was outstanding, and we had a very good stay. There wasn’t a restaurant or pool yet when we visited, though they planned to open both in 1-2 months. There are restaurants close by and easy to reach.

We found the rooms spotless, comfortable, and well cared for, and the hotel had a welcoming feel. The staff were friendly and quick to help whenever I needed something. Royal Regency Hotel is in a convenient part of New Cairo, close to restaurants, attractions, and some beautiful areas. I had a great stay and would recommend it to anyone wanting a clean, comfortable place in a good location.

We didn’t find ourselves lacking anything during the stay. The hotel was lovely and very clean, and the staff were especially friendly and attentive.
