10/10
The team made the stay easy and enjoyable with their warm, attentive service. The serviced apartment was also very clean and comfortable, with a professional feel. I'd recommend it to anyone looking for privacy, quality, and good service.

2/10
The staff were respectful and tried to help, but the management was terrible, and the room was nowhere near standard. It was poorly equipped, dimly lit, and had a big gap under the door that let in both light and noise. The bathroom exhaust fan had no cover, so neighbors could see into the bathroom. Cleanliness was extremely poor, and all three remotes in the room had no batteries. I absolutely don't recommend this place.

8/10
It's quiet and peaceful, and the location is close to everything. The rooms are spacious and elegant, with a kitchenette, stove, microwave, utensils, and Wi-Fi. The bathroom had excellent air conditioning and hot water. It's a classy, lovely place, and the price is very reasonable for the quality. The one downside is that there isn't an elevator.

The internet's been down for two days, and Al Jazeera isn't one of the channels. There also isn't an elevator, and the reception staff are sometimes unavailable.
