The hotel is spotless, the service is great, and the food really hits the spot. Having several restaurants in the building is a big plus, and there are plenty of cafes and places to eat nearby too. It’s in a quieter part of Cairo. That was the one drawback for me, though if you’re after peace and comfort, it could be just right.

The restaurant parties went on all night, with men shouting and singing into microphones and people screaming long past midnight. I complained to reception many times and got a room change once, but that didn’t help. The planes were also incredibly loud. That may be hard to avoid given the location, but it’s worth knowing. The curtains wouldn’t close halfway, so I used a hair band to block even a little light. Men knocked on my door, and reception called while I was sleeping. Honestly, the worst hotel I’ve ever stayed in. I can’t recommend it at all.

The rooms were well equipped, and everything else was as we expected from this great hotel. The only issue was the lift: it didn’t detect someone between the doors and would start closing. We had to press the open-door button right away to make it reopen.

I went to a meeting at this venue, and the food was amazing. The salads, soups, main courses, and desserts were all great. Every staff member was helpful and gracious. I’m looking forward to coming back.

Cozy place with tasty food, friendly staff, and lots to do. There are wedding halls and sports facilities, plus different meals available there at any time. Delivery can reach the venue easily too. Recommended for day use or a short stay in Cairo.
