Tolip Gardens Hotel

The location was average, but worked well for the structured tour program. I was there with a tourist group, and the hotel was well organized for groups, with clean rooms and good service.

The room lights didn’t work properly, and that made the stay inconvenient. Service was poor too, with staff behaving unprofessionally. The worst part was M. Hamid. When we asked him reasonable questions, he ignored us, avoided eye contact, and kept looking at his phone without answering or explaining anything. For a hotel said to be five-star, this fell well short of the service expected. It came across as a lack of training, accountability, and respect for guests. I wouldn’t recommend staying here.

I’ve been to more than 19 countries and haven’t had hotel service this poor before. The reception staff seemed unprofessional and short on basic hospitality skills, and the place felt more like a school than a luxury hotel from the moment I arrived. There was leftover food in my suite on the first day, which was unacceptable. Cleanliness and attention to detail clearly weren’t being handled. This hotel doesn’t deserve its five-star rating, and I wouldn’t recommend it to anyone looking for comfort or professional service.

The food was very bad, and the room was dirty. They didn’t provide a toothbrush or slippers. The doors were faulty, and I had to get the key card reactivated every time.
