I was in town for a conference and stayed at the Triumph Luxury Hotel for three nights. My room was spacious, with a lovely view over the pool, and there was a fresh plate of fruit waiting when I checked in, a nice personal touch. The staff were friendly and welcoming right from arrival. U Venues mall was nearby and easy to reach for shopping or coffee. Uber was reliable and made getting around simple. I also went to the Giza Pyramids, about 38 minutes away, and the return journey cost less than 14 BND. I highly recommend the hotel for business or leisure visits to New Cairo.

The hotel itself felt like an oasis, and there was a very nice supermarket within walking distance where you could find fine products. The location gave me pause about awarding five stars, since it's in New Cairo and there was a lot of construction going on. Our group of 6 was very satisfied with the hotel. We stayed 3 nights before and after the Nile Cruise. When we returned from Luxor, they upgraded us, which exceeded our expectations. Breakfast was wonderful, truly 5 stars, and we enjoyed dining at all three restaurants.

Ahmed Magdy, the front office supervisor, deserves a special mention. He was professional, helpful, and knowledgeable, and his assistance made our stay memorable. The staff were humble and always ready to help, and the hotel's ambience was amazing from the moment our family arrived. We loved everything, especially the morning breakfast. They also had more vegetarian options for my wife. On our next visit to Cairo, we'll definitely stay at the Triumph hotel again.

Mr. Alaa Ashraf at the front desk was wonderfully helpful and genuinely kind. He made sure we were completely satisfied with our room and its location, and kept at it until everything was just right. His warmth and professionalism made the stay special. From arrival, Triumph Luxury Hotel felt spotless, elegant, and welcoming, and its New Cairo location made getting around convenient. The breakfast buffet had lots of fresh, delicious choices, and the care put into quality showed throughout. I loved the experience, highly recommend it, and would definitely stay again 🩶

The hotel is lovely and the staff are welcoming. Housekeeping could use more attention, though, since some basic washroom items weren't replenished during my stay. Getting those details right would make the experience perfect.
