The standout for us was the lovely service, especially from Omnia at reception. She was friendly and helpful, and made our stay feel special. The room looked just like the photos, and the area was quite calm. We felt safe on evening walks, with some nice restaurants and coffee shops nearby. Breakfast was simple but gave us enough energy for sightseeing. We’d definitely return if we come back to Cairo.

We were very happy with our three nights at Elegance Grand City Hotel. The outside didn’t make a great first impression, but inside the atmosphere was much better, and the staff were especially kind, professional, and helpful. Basma, Yoslina, and Mr. Shehab gave us excellent support and hospitality.

The hotel is on the first floor in Downtown Cairo, and our triple room was spacious and very modern. The staff really made the stay, with great attention to detail. Abdo, Basma, Youssef, Tina, and everyone else were friendly and went out of their way to help. They all spoke fluent English, and Basma also spoke Hindi. Even after checkout, they arranged our airport cab and gave us water for the ride. We were looked after so well, and I’d highly recommend the place.

Right in central Cairo by the Nile, this clean, modern hotel was reasonably priced. The staff were kind, always smiling, and helped with everything we asked about, including airport transfers and tours around the city. They let us check out late at 2pm and even offered complimentary coffee while we waited for our taxi. We’ll definitely stay here again.

The staff were welcoming and cooperative, and the rooms were clean and neat. I enjoyed my short stay at this small but nice hotel. The price felt fair for the service, and breakfast was excellent. I think I’ll pick it again if I visit Cairo in the future.
