VESTA - New Cairo Residence

I had a really comfortable four-day stay at Lake View, with excellent service. Special thanks to Mr Ahmed Fakhry, who was incredibly helpful and professional. He’s an honorable representative of the company. I’ll definitely come back.

One of our reserved units had been given to someone else, and we only found out on arrival. They offered us a larger unit for 2 days as a compromise, then we had to pack and move during the stay. That was especially hard with elderly people in our group. Staff weren’t understanding and spoke rudely while pushing us to leave at the usual checkout time. The operations team was late for two of the three appointments we’d agreed on. The unit we received also didn’t match what we’d booked. I paid at least 1,500 EGP more per unit for what was meant to be a first-row unit with a full sea view. Instead, it was a side unit with a completely different design and definitely not worth the price. When I complained, they called it “almost the same” because of new construction, which wasn’t true. They said they’d look for a replacement, but nothing came of it. I later learned they were fully booked. All I got was a small 5% discount on a future visit and a box of desserts, which wasn’t enough. Customer service was disappointing as well. I called during the stay, spoke with a junior employee, and asked for a manager to call me back. Nobody did, and after I left there was no follow-up until I called again. The whole stay was stressful and disappointing. I expected better service and honesty.

I trusted them to manage and rent out my unit, but despite their promises and claims they couldn’t find a tenant for a long time. Ending the agreement and getting my property keys back turned into a frustrating, unprofessional process. They delayed returning the keys, then gave back only 1 of the [2] I’d handed over, with no explanation or accountability. Communication and transparency were lacking, and the whole thing was unnecessarily stressful. I wouldn’t recommend this company for property management. If you trust someone with your property, you deserve more respect and more reliable service.

I booked in Fouka Bay last week and was really disappointed. The service was poor, and the description wasn’t good either.
