Geo Palace

The staff were friendly, but the room had lots of flies when I first arrived and wasn’t very clean. During my seven night stay it was cleaned only once. They also asked for cash, which was annoying, and the pool was freezing.

The room was big and clean, with good AC and a large refrigerator, and the staff and manager were really friendly and helpful. If you need something, they’ll do their best, including arranging trips. It’s a cozy, relaxing place with a nice pool and delicious meals, especially the Egyptian breakfast 😋. It’s a bit far from the city center, but you can get a taxi to the lighthouse for 20EGP. A great fit if you want quiet accommodation.

The room, bar, garden, and pool were all really clean, and I could relax and feel comfortable in our room. The employees were kind and helpful, and we felt cared for and at home. They supported us with whatever we needed to arrange. Breakfast was delicious, with fruit, omelette, vegetables, and falafel. Geo palace combines a low price with a high standard of accommodation. For me, it’s perfection and the best choice in Dahab. Thanks again for everything, Geo palace. See you next year!

The walk into the town center is a bit long, though staying outside town means it’s quiet and puts you closer to the islands and Napolean reef dive sites. There are little grocery shops and a great fish restaurant about a 10-minute walk away. The B&B itself feels new or recently renovated, with clean, comfortable rooms, friendly staff, and even a small pool. The location has its pros and cons.
