It’s very close to Mamsha, and the hotel has welcoming staff and beautiful architecture. The pool was a good way to start the day, though it was often crowded. The water is cleaned periodically. Breakfast was good, but high in sugar. Our room was small, which was okay for the budget, but it needed more cleaning and care. Some things in the room were broken, though we managed.

I really appreciated how quiet it was, and they respected our privacy. The service was very nice, and everything went smoothly. Thank you to the staff and management, especially Mr. Omar. A very nice hotel.

We had a great time in the swed room, which had 6 beds, 2 acs, and a large TV screen. More than anything, the staff were hospitable and very helpful. They suggested places to visit, including safari, arranged them for us, and also advised us on what and where to eat. They’re great people. My only complaint is that the bathroom should have a mop.

The price felt high for what we got. There was no housekeeping or towel change, and the bathroom was very narrow. Breakfast was awful. The bread was cold, kept in the fridge, and not fresh, so I skipped breakfast for the rest of my stay.

The staff were rude and terrible, and the rooms smelled really bad. Breakfast was awful, with no freshly cooked food. They gave us cold bread and small pieces of cheese. The bathrooms were dirty, the shower door was broken, and the toilet was filthy and broken. There was no hot water all day. Whenever we had to enter or leave the hotel, one of the staff seemed to be asleep there. The staff were also sexist toward the guys. Any time we were loud, they told us to quiet down, but a group of girls played loud music and danced and they did nothing.
